Claire's Pups
Our expected puppies from our Cdn. Ch. Windsong Sweet Dreams (Claire) and Ch. Sylvan's Standing Ovation (Joey) arrived on March 21, 2006. All 9, yes 9, pups and mom are doing great. Claire gave birth to 7 bitches and 2 dogs, 3 blue merles (all bitches) and 6 tris.Update: 3/28 - pups continue to grow & how quickly they do that. A week old already & they are already getting individual personalities.
Update: 4/9 - we continue to grow, our eyes are all open and we are starting to hear - especially ourselves when we bark & do mini howls! We started mushy food today, got more on us than in us I think but it tasted good. Mom had fun licking it off us after.
Update: 4/20 - almost a month old and have we ever developed. We're running around outside our whelping box now in a nice big exercise area, but still inside the house. We're eating a lot, playing a lot and sleeping. Update 5/21 - 8 weeks old, where did the time go. Some of us have already gone to new homes, some of us have a new home to go to and are just waiting for transportation!
